Terrible Service - STAY AWAY

Purchased replacement rear brake caliper and front tire prior to giving the bike to service to just replace, 5 days later..(WOW 5 DAYS!!).. it was done OR was it. When I shown up and LOOKED at the bike, I was then charged another bill, but instead of paying it I asked what was done to the bike? The tire was replaced (THIS TIME IT WAS ON WITH THE CORRECT ROTATION DIRECTION), however, my SAME CALIPER was on the bike - it was not replaced! WTF!! I was told to wait and they would have it done in about 20 minutes. HOW COME THIS TOOK 5 DAYS BEFORE, BUT NOW ONLY 20 MINUTES!!! WTF!! And then I waited, when the bike was done, once again, I looked at the rear brake caliper - they didnt used the parts I gave from my previous caliper AS INSTRUCTED, such as my Brake Speed Bleeder and my slightly used brake pads. Furthermore they said they had a problem putting the rear tire back on its axle due to the custom. So when I got it home, I took it all apart and saw the rear axle washer twisted and tighten so tight that they practically broke it and thus is why it was a problem. Replacing the washer $1.29 and then tighten up the rear tire. I was finally good. NEVER GO TO THE STEALERS... THESE GUYS WERE TERRIBLE. TIME - COST - SERVICE IN DOING IT RIGHT I guess doesnt matter to them. I SHOULD OF KNOW BETTER.
